The name, scope, plan, licence or subscription term, technical requirements, delivery/activation method and support coverage of the selected product or service are shown on the relevant product page, written proposal and order summary.
3. Price and payment
The total price, currency, taxes, additional charges, payment method and any instalment information are displayed before confirmation. The buyer is informed that confirming the order creates a payment obligation.
4. Delivery and performance
Digital products are supplied through account access, licence activation, download link or another electronic method. Services are performed within the method and schedule displayed on the product page, written proposal or project plan. Domain and some infrastructure services depend on third-party technical processes.
5. Withdrawal and exceptions
Applicable withdrawal rights, notice procedures and exceptions are described in the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Any express request, acknowledgement or consent required to start performance or supply digital content before the statutory period expires must be obtained separately during the order process.
6. Complaints and legal remedies
