These terms govern use of the UST Bilişim website, content, customer enquiries, product pages and digital service channels. Order-specific proposals, licences, subscriptions and distance-sale terms take priority.
2. Business and contact
UST Bilişim is a operated by UST Bilişim. Legal and contact information is published on the Contact page and in the website footer.
3. Product and service information
Scope, price, currency, tax, delivery, licence term, subscription and support conditions are displayed on the relevant page, proposal and order summary. Content not expressly stated is not included in a package.
4. Payment and security
Card payments are processed by the contracted payment-service provider. UST Bilişim does not store full card numbers or CVV data. Incorrect, unauthorized, suspicious or unlawful transactions may be rejected, reviewed or refunded.
5. Licence and intellectual property
Rights in website content, software, plugins, designs, documentation, trademarks and images belong to UST Bilişim or their respective owner. A software purchase grants a plan-based licence and does not transfer ownership. Unauthorized copying, resale, licence sharing, circumvention of security controls and reverse engineering outside mandatory legal permissions are prohibited.
6. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, use services lawfully and under the licence terms, and must not infringe third-party rights, system security or service continuity.
7. Third-party services
Domain registries, banks, payment institutions, marketplaces, shipping/integration APIs, cloud and internet providers operate under their own terms. UST Bilişim provides reasonable technical assistance for changes or outages but is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for events outside its control.
8. Delivery, refunds and consumer terms
The Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form form part of sales processes. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be restricted by these terms.
9. Availability and changes
The website and services may be updated for security, maintenance, legal or business reasons. Material contractual changes are announced through appropriate channels before taking effect and are not applied retrospectively to existing orders.
