1. Parties
This agreement is concluded electronically between the buyer identified in the order or checkout process and UST Bilişim as seller/service provider.
2. Subject
The agreement governs the sale or performance of the selected software licence, SaaS subscription, hosting, business email, domain, web design, custom software, integration, maintenance or technical support service.
3. Order-specific information
Essential characteristics, scope, total price, currency, taxes, payment method, delivery or activation time, licence/subscription period and any renewal conditions are displayed in the product page, proposal, order summary or checkout screen and form an integral part of this agreement.
4. Formation and payment
The agreement is formed when the buyer confirms the order and the payment is successfully completed or another written payment arrangement is accepted. Card information is processed through the contracted payment provider’s secure infrastructure; UST Bilişim does not store full card numbers or CVV data.
5. Delivery and performance
Digital products are delivered electronically. Infrastructure services are activated according to the selected plan and technical requirements. Project services are delivered according to the written proposal, project schedule or milestones.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Applicable rights, procedures and exceptions are explained in the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy and order-specific information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Intellectual property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, purchasing software grants a limited right of use under the relevant licence terms and does not transfer source code, trademark, design, documentation or other intellectual-property ownership.
8. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the products and services in accordance with law, licence terms and technical requirements.
9. Complaints and disputes
Requests may be sent to [email protected]. Consumers may apply to competent consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within the conditions established by applicable law.
10. Effective date
The buyer confirms before creating a payment obligation that the preliminary information and this agreement have been reviewed and accepted electronically.
