We work on web design, custom software, e-commerce solutions, hosting and server management, business email, domain processes, WordPress solutions and digital infrastructure. The exact project scope is defined after a requirements review.

Yes. Most planning, development, support and infrastructure operations can be delivered remotely. Any requirement that needs on-site work is evaluated separately during the proposal stage.

We first clarify the goal, the current system, required modules and delivery expectations. We then prepare a proposal covering scope, schedule, technical approach and pricing. Development planning starts after scope approval.

Yes, after a technical review. We assess the codebase, database, hosting, licenses, third-party integrations and current security state, then define what can be maintained or improved safely.

Web Design

5 Questions

Timing depends on the number of pages, content readiness, custom design work, integrations and administration features. We define a realistic delivery plan after the actual scope is confirmed.

It depends on the project. We create custom interfaces when brand identity and a specific user experience are important. If an existing platform or theme is used, we still adapt the design and functionality to the project.

Yes. Desktop, tablet and mobile views are checked separately. Navigation, forms, images, typography and key user journeys are expected to remain usable across common screen sizes.

A technical SEO foundation can include clean URLs, titles and meta fields, canonical tags, sitemap and robots rules, basic schema and performance checks. Ongoing content production and competitive SEO campaigns are separate workstreams.

For projects that require content management, we can make headings, text, images, services, projects and similar sections editable from an administration panel. The editable scope is defined per project.

Custom Software

4 Questions

We map workflows and user roles, then plan the required screens, data model and integrations. Development is phased, critical modules are tested before release, and the approved delivery scope is documented.

Yes. When suitable documentation and access credentials are available, we can integrate payment, shipping, marketplace, domain, email, SMS, CRM and similar services.

Source-code delivery, licensing and usage rights are defined in the proposal or agreement. For client-specific development, the components to be delivered are clarified before the project starts.

Yes. New modules, integrations, performance improvements and maintenance can continue in separate releases. Changes are planned in a controlled and reversible way to reduce risk to existing functionality.

E-Commerce

3 Questions

Yes. Depending on the platform and provider capabilities, payment gateways, payment institutions, shipping, e-invoicing and related integrations can be included in the project.

When the supplier XML is suitable, product matching plus stock and price update workflows can be developed. For large catalogues, update frequency, server resources and data quality are assessed separately.

Where the marketplace provides suitable APIs and permissions, product, stock, price and order processes can be integrated. Each channel's technical limitations are checked before development.

Hosting, Servers & Email

4 Questions

After a compatibility review, files, database, DNS and SSL can be migrated in a planned process. If email migration is required, mailboxes and the current provider's IMAP access are evaluated separately.

Resource policies depend on the service and project requirements. Normal operation is supported, while unusual resource consumption that affects security or platform stability may require controlled limits and technical review.

Our architecture can manage business email independently from web hosting. This makes it easier to operate and troubleshoot website and mail services separately.

Depending on the service scope, SSL setup, web-server configuration, firewall controls, abusive-request mitigation and basic server security checks can be provided. Application-level security requirements are assessed separately.

Domains & UST Hub

3 Questions

Domain search, registration and transfer processes are handled through Regvix. Extension availability, transfer requirements and renewal conditions depend on the relevant domain service.

UST Hub is our customer and operations platform where clients can follow assigned services, renewals, payments and support processes from a single account.

Renewal dates and related transaction information for services managed in Hub can be viewed from the customer account. Depending on the service type, advance notifications and proforma workflows may also be available.

Support & Delivery

3 Questions

Yes. The support scope depends on the project and agreement. Bug fixes, maintenance, content support, new development and infrastructure operations are treated as different types of work and can be planned separately.

A backup plan can be included with hosting or managed infrastructure services. Backup frequency, retention, storage target and restore procedure are defined according to the service.

The payment plan is stated in the proposal according to project size, licensing or service type and delivery milestones. Recurring hosting, domain, email and licensing services follow their own renewal periods.
