Identity, contact, customer transaction, order, licence/subscription, invoice, payment transaction, legal, request/complaint, consent and technical security data may be processed. UST Bilişim does not store full card numbers or CVV data.

Data is processed to receive proposals and orders, establish and perform contracts, deliver digital products and services, manage accounts/licences/subscriptions, process payments and refunds, issue invoices, provide customer support, protect security, prevent fraud, handle legal matters and comply with statutory obligations.
4. Legal bases and collection methods
Data is collected automatically or partly automatically through the website, forms, client portal, payment flow, email, telephone, contracts and technical logs. Legal bases include contract establishment/performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, legitimate interests and consent where required.
5. Recipients
Where necessary for the service, data may be transferred to payment institutions and banks, domain registries, hosting/email/cloud providers, accounting and e-invoicing services, technical suppliers, legal and financial advisers and authorized public authorities.
6. Your rights
Rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 include learning whether data is processed, requesting information and correction, requesting erasure or destruction where conditions are met, notification to recipients, objecting to results produced exclusively by automated analysis and claiming compensation where legally applicable.
