Client Requirement

Patients needed fast mobile access to doctors, departments, medical services and health information, while the hospital needed a secure way to manage a large volume of content.

Challenge

When doctors, departments, tests, services and health guides are managed as disconnected pages, users struggle to find the right information and SEO value becomes fragmented.

Our Solution

We developed a custom CMS for doctors, departments, services, tests, health guides, news, pages, sliders, media and menus, supported by site search, contact routing, redirect management and secure form workflows.

Custom PHP + PDO + MySQL/MariaDB, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript, relational doctor/department content model, SMTP routing, Cloudflare Turnstile, canonical/robots/sitemap, Open Graph/Twitter Cards and Hospital/Physician/MedicalClinic/Service/Article/MedicalTest structured data.

Project Approach

Fast access to reliable information was treated as the primary UX requirement. Doctors, medical departments, services, tests, health guidance and news were modelled as connected content structures.

The administration layer manages doctors, departments, media, sliders, menus, redirects and contact workflows from one place, supported by privacy/legal content and technical security controls.

Outcome

The hospital gained a manageable healthcare publishing platform with consistent doctor/department information, strong mobile usability, secure forms and richer technical search signals.
